Vinyasa – Somatic Storytelling

In these times of great change, we are called to move with deeper intention — to listen to the rhythms of our breath, to honor the patterns we’ve inherited, and to consciously choose the ones we wish to dissolve.

This is not a high-energy fitness session. This is a devotional space — a ritual of movement and breath where we shed the weight of old stories, transmute the shadows of unease into intuitive power, and awaken the clarity that’s been waiting beneath the noise.

Vinyasa is poetry written in flow.

I see Vinyasa as a way to reframe the story of our lives through the practice of yoga.  Here, the body becomes the author, the mat becomes the stage, and the breath becomes the guide.

Here, we transmute the shadows of unease and agitation into intuition and initiative — awakening clarity, and learning to enjoy the essence of our becoming.

  •  Burn away old storylines and rise renewed — like Shiva, fierce, free, and unbound by the past
Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body) –  Clear the weight held in bones and breath. Move with intention to reclaim your body as sacred ground.
  • Awaken creative flow — an ode to Shakti — to rewire your nervous system and re-ignite the inner fire of creation
Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Body) – Reconnect to your prana. Let flow return to the subtle rivers of your being — restoring rhythm, rest, and radiance.
  •  Release the weight of stuck stories and stagnant emotions held deep in the body’s memory
Manomaya Kosha (Mental-Emotional Body) – Let movement be your medicine. Dissolve loops of fear and self-doubt into presence and possibility.
  •  Move with devotion and depth into the sacred unfolding of your becoming
Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Body) – Access inner guidance. Allow each breath to reveal insight. Each transition a mirror for your becoming.
  • Rise in the radiance of your truth — a phoenix from the ashes, blazing in bliss
Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Body) – Feel the joy of simply being. Not forced. Not found. The bliss of embodiment. The soul returned to wholeness.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this practice invites you to meet yourself in motion — and open to the life you are birthing.
