The pancha Kosha - 5 sheaths of existence
Pancha Kosha is a foundational teaching in Vedantic and yogic philosophy β a map of the self layered in five sheaths.
These koshas represent the multidimensional nature of our being:
the physical body (Annamaya)
the vital breath (Pranamaya)
the emotional-mind (Manomaya)
inner wisdom (Vijnanamaya)
and the bliss body (Anandamaya).
Each layer veils the true self β the Atman β and yet also offers a gateway to it.
In this wisdom workshop, we explore these layers through yoga, meditation, breath, and inquiry. Youβll learn how imbalances in each sheath affect your well-being and how to restore harmony by moving from the outermost to the innermost layers of awareness.
This is a practice of integration β where spiritual growth meets practical embodiment.
The goal is not escape, but embodied liberation β living with clarity, balance, and presence in all layers of your being.
Includes:
- A guided journey through the five koshas: physical body, energetic breath, emotional-mind, inner wisdom, and bliss
- Tools to identify imbalance in each layer and restore harmony through breath, awareness, and gentle inquiry
- Β A framework for holistic living that acknowledges all parts of youβseen and unseen
- A remembrance that you are whole, even when parts of you feel scattered
