This is a grounding Hatha yoga practice designed to help you find inner strength, equilibrium, and clarity. Through steady postures, mindful breath, and moments of deep stillness, this session invites you to reconnect with the earth beneath you, the unwavering spirit within you & access the realm of infinite possibilities all around you. A practice of devotion to clarity, calm, and conscious presence.

The Body as a Sacred Field
We honor the body as a multidimensional temple — a living field of the five sheaths: physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and blissful. Through this lens of the Pancha Kosha, every breath becomes a prayer, every movement a remembering.
This practice is not about shaping form, but awakening the formless — the joy, the wisdom, the energy that lives beneath the surface.
- Annamaya (Physical Body): Strengthen and stabilize your muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance your posture and alignment.
- Pranamaya (Energy Body): Calm your nervous system, regulate breath patterns, and balance your vital life force energy (prana).
- Manomaya (Mental Body): Cultivate mental clarity, ease emotional turbulence, and nourish a calm, spacious mind.
- Vijnanamaya (Wisdom Body): Deepen self-awareness, reconnect with your inner knowing, and restore faith in your body’s innate wisdom.
- Anandamaya (Bliss Body): Experience the joy of being fully present, fully rooted, and fully alive — just as you are.ceremonies for transitions, intentions, and healing.
